“I Love you” was one of the first bits of malware to capture the eye of the popular press, it propagated through social engineering, today we have Visal.B which uses social engineering to propagate using MAPI and by copying itself to local drives and network shares. The advice remains the same today, be very careful on clicking on unexpected web links, even if you know the person in question…
